CSC 30 plans by Leon Morcom Published by The Coastal Passage

The plans consist of 10 large(A3 paper) drawings (diagrams of box beam, sheer panel, forebeams and rig, stringer layout, transom, main bulkheads, rudders, notes on decks, keels and side view) and two pages of general instructions. The plans are intended for one with some experience working with the general materials. For those with less experience it may still be possible with study of other projects available on the web including this site.

The builder now has supplied a large quantity of photos of the finished boat that reveal many construction details and fitout suggestions to save time and money.

"The CSC 30 is designed to be quick, easy and cheap to build. This being the case it has it`s limitations and is in general terms a coastal and smooth water vessel and should be regarded as such.

These plans are intended for a person of sufficient skill to work independently but who may benefit from the experience of the original builder to save time, money and insure outcome. "
